We will also provide you with the driver’s contact details for direct communication if needed. Should you have any difficulty locating your driver, our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist you.
We continuously monitor all flight statuses in real time for airport pickups. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we will adjust the pick-up time accordingly to ensure your driver is there when you land. There is no need for you to inform us about flight delays. However, if your flight is cancelled or you miss it, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to reschedule your booking.
We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable, especially with domestic flights. To accommodate any delays, we offer a complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. If you anticipate needing more time due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service or your driver directly as soon as possible.
